What's in these terms?
These terms tell you the rules for using our website www.go2medics.co.uk (our site).

Who we are and how to contact us www.go2medics.co.uk is a site operated by The KBC INCORPORATION LTD ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number SC795291 and have our registered office at C/O 36 Alnwickhill Gardens Edinburgh EH16 6NF UK. We are not VAT registered. We are a limited company.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

1. Duties of the doctor
a. Commit the time, as agreed: (2 hour window in AM during a day, and 2 hour window during a day in PM)
b. Reports - within 3 - 5 business days
c. Forfeiting of fees if report doesn't go out by 10 working days: Exceptions - leave, sick, professional duties etc..
d. All communications only through portal

2. Cancellation - fees; doctors' perspective:
a. Less than 24 hours - full refund
b. 48 hours - rescheduling if patients agree
c. Repetitive defaulters (someone who cancels again and again) - warning from company. Review of practice. Three-strike system

From patients' perspective:

Cancellation Process for consultations: (admin fees will still be deductible)
Within 24 hours of online booking: full refund of the booking fees
More than 48 hours of consultation / appointment: 100% refund of the consultation charges (admin fees will still be deductible)
Within 48 hours of consultation / appointment: 50% refund on the consultation charges
Within 24 hours of consultation / appointment: No refund on charges
No refunds on the 'second opinion' once submitted.

Admin charges (commission charges) will be revisited periodically.

5. Duty to inform us on changes on practice

6. Annual requirements - appraisal, indemnity, GMC registration.

7. Active involvement in investigation of any incidents
